Learn how to cook an entire Ayurvedic Springtime Meal.  You will be sent a recipe list and recipes prior to the online cooking class.  This class will teach you how to create pungent, bitter, and astringent foods that are healthy, satisfying, detoxifying, and in harmony with nature.  Meal will include a Soup, Main Dish, Drink and Dessert.
